Any recommended laboratory testing can be completed at a laboratory near your home, and prescriptions for hormone therapy or other medications are sent electronically to your local pharmacy. In most cases, there is no need to travel to a larger city or use a specialty compounding pharmacy. I primarily prescribe FDA-approved medications that are readily available at pharmacies throughout New Mexico.
